Powder coating is an advanced method of applying a decorative and protective finish to frame of our furniture. The powder used for the process is a mixture of finely ground particles of pigment and resin, which is sprayed onto a surface to be coated. The natural color of teak is golden, but you can make it red or dark brown by applying colors. It also has sepecial property of producing natural oils and resins than act as a repellent to termites and wood damaging insects, this keeps the wood solid, increases its life and strength. So it’s ideal material for outdoor furniture.

Polywood called composite wood, man-made wood or artificial wood that is made from strands, particles, cloth, slim layer of wood together with adhesives to make coupund materials. Polywood is commonly used for outdoor furniture, gazebos, sandboxes and comping furniture. It is made of high density polyethylene low maintenance and very durable, also recycled and environmentally-friendly. It lasts longer than real wood, doesn’t warp or splinter like real wood does. Corrosion and prblems with mildew, rodents, insects, worms that are common enemies of wood do not affect polywood. What is more, it is available at different colors.
